Ok, I created a menu in the left, under Resources, it works fine. But the modules still don't work. Now SEF is activated.
I checked the first link but I don't find the answer there It seems to me that it speaks about the component setup, and the component works fine for me. The modules don't.
Because I don't speak German, I can't read the second link.

Hi, I making an adult blog , but I have an issue with the phoca gallery...

the link of an image appears as it:
?option=com_phocagallery&view=detail&catid=13&id=80-&tmpl=component&detail=1&buttons=1

and doesn't work... but if I remove the "-" character (as bold in the past link), I can see the image! How I can fix it???

this link works fine:
?option=com_phocagallery&view=detail&catid=13&id=80&tmpl=component&detail=1&buttons=1

edit: the link doesn't works with SEF enabled neither without SEF...

there is something wrong with alias...

it should be:

&id=80:image-name
or
&id=80

see your alias if there is no bad string like # & ' " or space which will be changed by iconv function to -

I can't have alias for images (I tried set an alias like 01_name, but I can't save one for an image oO)...

the original images have the name like "01-xyz.jpg"

I can't think what I can do now...

maybe there can be problem with the number in the image name... I think, some user have had problem with number in the category... I don't know why (maybe of some php version or module) but it helped whed he deleted it...

I change the names from 01-xyz.jpg to 01xyz.jpg. Without sh404sef enabled it runs ok, but when sh404sef is enabled... don't work again

finally I found a hidden option that handle some characters, like :.. remove it from the list and... voila! Now it's works!

I would like to inform you that mod_phocagallery_random_image_v1.5.8_beta is working now. I think it works since I disabled then reenabled SEF.

I have another situation with the random image module:
I have Arabic RTL site (http://doroos.info), and the thumbnail looks centered in Firefox, but left sided in Internet Explorer.

I upgraded to com_phocagallery_v1.8.2_beta + mod_phocagallery_random_image_v1.8.0_beta on my local server and the same issue isn't resolved.
