Error sending images in Phoca!

Every time I make a Java Image Transmission when I ask to send the following message appears:

STATUS RECEIVED HTTP 500 INTERNAL SERVER

What would that message?
How can I solve this problem?

Hi, you should try to enable php error reporting or debug mode.
