I installed all the components but when i click the tab delivery/new delivery the next error shows.
Fout: Functie niet geregistreerd. addDeliveryis geen geldige VirtueMart functie.

Yes i did install the latest version
i just did it again just to make sure but still got the message
When i installed the component i check all of the checkboxen

Any idea ?

Then seems the sql query was not added to your database, see this file:

administrator/components/com_phocainstall/controllers\phocainstallinstall.php

you can find sql queries there, try to check if the items which are added with help of these sql queries are includes in the VM tables, if not such queries must be run manually
