images & thumnails are not shown

It didn`t work for me.

The pics are already show as X when i initialy try to make a gallery.
Somebody pls try www.fam-de-jonge.nl
Any suggestions.

It looks as if the thumbnails were not created on your server, see your GD support..

Actualy, they Ä‚Ä„re created, in the folder /www/images/phocagallery/thumbs. (m, s & l)
I can download & open them.
The problem occurs before making the thums.
I toke this steps
1. Installing the gallary
2. Creating category
3. Uploading photo`s
4. Clicking on Gallary, clicking on 'new' then button 'image'
In this screen the images are already shown as X

Phoca gallery displays X if it cannot load the thumbnails (not created, wrong pathway) ... So look at the path

Hello Jan,

I`m sorry, i didn`t get the permissions right. Set them on 755 for the whole 'images' map, now al works perfectly!

I have the same problem here. The program generates the thumbs perfectly.
So I add one category to the menu and all what comes is the structure of the category but no images.
When I click on the hyperlinks that he shows some white window opens but the picture isn't visible.
GD is enabled...
Can you give me some hints? I have set all folders to 755 but it doesn't work...

see the folder, (thumbs folder in image/phocagallery folder) if there are some thumbnail images...

yes, the thumbs are in a subfolder of the folder of the saved pictures (cat1/cat2/thumbs)

so GD should work, maybe the URL path are not correctly created ???
