Phoca Download plugin noty working with SEO activated

Hello, in my site I ma using Phoca Download in order to download audio files, all works fine until I activate the SEO extension on joomla, when I activate the SEO I get 404 error, the site is:

http://www.radiogandia.net/a-la-carta/r ... carta.html

That same site, no changes, works fine if SEO is deactivated.

Any Ideas to make the Poca Download pluging working with SEO ?

Hi, Phoca Download plugin works with SEF, see:

Did you created a menu link to Phoca Download Component? Phoca Download Plugin needs to know the Itemid of Phoca Download component, so it can create the menu link (SEF link)

Thanks for your help Jan, What do you mean with "menu link to Phoca Download Component"?

I just have added the following to my article "{phocadownload view=file|id=19}" and with SEO deactivated works fine, but with SEO activated I get 404.

Got it now, I just created a dummy menu, included a phoca download item, cleared cache and, that's it, it worked.

I am having a similar problem. I can't get the phocadownload plugin to work at all!

I activated the plugin in the plugin manager.
I checked to make sure I put in the correct code in the article.

All I get is the code in the article...not the button/download.

I turned SEF off and that did not help fix the problem.
I made sure that there is a link to phocadownload in my menu.

Please help!
