can't display popup window

hi,

when i select modal pop up window ,that time image is not open in popup but image open in whole screen .

so could you help me about that how to get pop up.
i try to change parameter for that also but can't useful it's didn't take any parameter.

try to change the template, maybe there is some problem in your template, which doesn't load the modal css and js, so the modal will be not displayed...

thank for replay.

but i can't change the template becoz that is clients requirement and i made it by own .it's not the joomla default template.
i made it and transfer it in joomla.

so,any other option that i can do for modal popup.

and one more thing when i open that category the backbutton is not display and images not display in box (table format).

please help me out its very urgent.

changing template should only work as test, you can set the original template back, but I need to now where is the problem, so just change the template for test and try it

so it looks as if your template doesn't load the modal box, try to search this forum, there were some users with the same problems...

You must change your templates because may be template creating the problem.
