TCPDF ERROR: Could not include font definition file: courier

Hello, I installed the Phoca Pdf today and it works with most of my articles, but the articles with image gallery brings the error "TCPDF ERROR: Could not include font definition file: courier" although we did not work with courier and there is no courier anywhere, e.g. not in the css-files.
Can you help me?

ok, I corrected that, my users had formatted wrong. But now still it doesn't work.

The imagegallery is an plugin and I insert images with the link to the folder, e.g.
<p>{gallery}/products/firstproduct{/gallery}</p>

but in the pdf I cannot see images, only the link is written:
products/product1

Hi, the plugin needs to be ready for Phoca PDF, if not none of the plugin code will be displayed.

This is different in Joomla! 1.6 where Phoca PDF tries to translate the plugins.
