Frontend Upload - Page just refreshes, no upload?

Hi all.

Backend upload works but I have set up so that one person has upload and delete rights (my client) and when I am signed into the frontend as my client and I try to upload, the page seems to just refresh, no images are uploaded oir anything.

This is causing me real problems, can any of you help?
