facebook comments and facebook fan module

Hi,
i have installed the facebook comments module and it works fine, but only if the facebook fan module (joomlabyte) is disabled for this page. If the fan module is enabled there is nothing on the comments position (fan module still works).
Do you know about problems, having two facebook applications on one site? or is it just a problem of some settings?

Hi, no experiences there, maybe some conflict with loading the javascript I will try to look at it, does the other module loads the javascript with standard Joomla! javascript load method?
