cant show empty categories or subcategory

Hi Phoca Team,

I just install your great components Phoca Documentation 1.6 on Local host.
Everything works perfect except one thing.

I want to show a parent category that contains 2 subcategory and articles only in the subcategory.

the module don't show the parent category unless i add one article into to the main category.

I try to change the setting but didnt get the answer

Hi, I will take and look at it, will do some tests.

Where exactly is not displayed the parent category? on the main site of Phoca Documentation?

Thanks for your help !

Yes the parent category don't display on the main site ( page ) of Phoca Documentation,
unless i add one article into to the main category.

On the images below you can see the sub categories of sales & Marketing
I added one file named overview,because of this file i can display the parent category on the main page.
