How to overcome Error install Phoka Documentation?

When i install Phoka Documentation (com_phocadocumentation_v2.0.0_alpha1 and com_phocadocumentation_v2.0.0_rc2 too) in joomla1.6.1 (and 1.6.3) error: "Error building Admin Menus", then the message about successful installation. As a result, the component is not added to the menu Components. When uninstall this component write error:"Could not delete the administrator menus". How to overcome this error? Can someone tell me another similar component functionality?
