Problem solved (for me). Did the 404 solution from your FAQ's for the Random Image Module and now the Content Gallery Plugin modal popup works fine. RTFM.

I had given up on this and just thought I'd have a another look and yes mine works as well with SEF enabled with the detail option set to 6 option 7 doesn't seem to work. Here it is http://www.keith-howlette.co.uk/avro-vulcan

im face the same problem, when check on the \\components\com_phocagallery\models\category.php line 520 found that the word items appear. whern change the word to item then the problem resolve.
