Filter Tree to children of category

Jan,

I just e-mailed you a zip with a change to the tree module allowing it to be filtered to show only the children of a specified category. We have different sets of galleries for different sections of our website. Keeping up with the list of categories to hide was going to be unmanageable as different groups constantly add new galleries. I've added a "Parent Category" parameter to the module configuration.

Feel free to add this to the base distribution.
