Hi,
I downloaded Phoca Download for Joomla! 1.6.x and Phoca Download Plugin 2.0.0
When I insert a file view in an article with the plugin and try to download it I get this message
"500 - Affichage introuvable [name, type, prefix] : section, html, phocadownloadView"
(I followed the syntax from the documentation, an took care to set right article IDs)
I tried to upload with phoca download component and by ftp but result stayed the same.
However, I'm able to download files when I create a phoca menu link, but I need insert straightly my download links in articles.
Do you have a solution?
Error 500 when trying to download files

Re: Error 500 when trying to download files
Not quite sure arsanda ment with the menu link part but...
I have the same type of situation:
I have two categories lest call them A and B
A is a catagory for download files that I don't attach to articles
B is for files ment to be attached to articles
to this end I have a menu item for A category (Phoca Download » List of Files (Category View))
B does not have any menu items listing its contents...
Now when I try to create download link in articles for files in the B category (the "hidden" one) I get Error 500.
But if I create a new menu item listing the contents of the B category as well (or menu item listing everything in Phoca Download) the same link that previously failed... begins to work...
...and if I unpublish the menu item for B category... it fails again.
