Unable to view any categories

I have installed component and module. I have turned on module and placed on site. I have chosen categories in the back, but when I try to save options, nothing appears to happen. I type text and the text is never saved in the category description. I also cannot view any categories on the front of the site where the module has been placed.

Hi, which module you mean, Phoca Documentation does not have a module, only plugin. Do you mean the plugin?

Where you cannot save options?
