Mail icon don't match

Hi,

I have installed
- com_phocaemail 1.0.2
- com_phocapds 1.0.9
- plg_phocapdf_virtuemart
on a 1.18 version of virtuemart and joomal 1.5.23 - php5

The pdf icon is visible... but infortunately not tne email icon

I have also change
- order.order_print.php
- htmlTools.class.php (for tab)

May I have some help (of course a donation will be done... with an invoice )
