Missing characters in pdf

Hi,

I'm having some problems with some characters when creating a pdf
Such as: Δ and Ω
The pdf only shows a ?

These are not the most common characters, but is there a way to have them generated in the pdf ?

EDIT: I've just installed another font (free sans), and it seems to work with this font.
