problem in joomla 1,6 and phoca doc.. cat.. layout

in 1.5 version i used to have the layout used here https://www.phoca.cz/documentation think that was the section layout
but in the version for 1,6 i can not figure out how to do it ,
List of Categories only displays the category's not the documents inside and menu link got no extra parameters

Hi, there are no more sections in 1.6, only categories, so it looks now:
https://www.phoca.cz/joomlademo/phoca-documentation

You can display description or subcategories in this view (depends on parameters)
