phoca maps failed to open stream

I am using joomla 1.5.23 with joomla seo:
Search Engine Friendly URLs/yes
Add suffix to URLs /yes

The page where the map is embeded like this:
{phocamaps view=map|id=1} brings this failure code:

Than i thought okay if i use the phoca sef that maybe helps, but it doesnt
Phoca SEF Redirect Site shows this errors:

I understand that i can go to mysql.php to line 344 , but what should i do there?

I had this failure some month ago with another page, nobody could give me an answer with this,
i hope somebody can give me a tip this time.
