It looks like this only happens when I use the map

I am still new to this Joomla web-site building thing, and I just need some advice.
I got in contact with the guy that made "tabber" and he told me that my issue is something in the template:

Apparently it loads something before the tabs, therefor it have so much wasted space.
Here is what I have been told:
If you mean the empty area under the tabs, this is because of some script setting the height of the <div id="middle"> to a fixed value. Probably it tries to make the middle and right columns the same height. But does that before the tabs are created.
It's a template thing: /templates/yoo_pure/js/template.js

Now look at this page, here I removed the map: http://thombesafari.com/index.php?optio ... Itemid=238 and it looks like this. What could be the cause of this.

If some one could please advice me on what to do, I will really appreciate it.

Maybe some one out here know how to work Firebug better than me, maybe you can just direct me to where I need to look for this problem, or where I can fix it in the code.
