Phoca Maps Plugin in Joomla! 1.6

On {phocamaps view=map|id=1} in article i get (with "Standart Popup Window"):

Phoca Maps Component was installed befor Plugin. But instead "Finally create menu link to this map" i not find material for link.

Hi, are both extensions (component, and plugin) the same version 2.x?
