Markers description : remove shadow

I've been searching all over this forum and all the posts asking the same question remain unanswered:
How to change the description box as well as its shadow box. they have no transparency and look awful on the map.

Hi, I think this is more a question on Google Maps API developers, I see no problem with transparency there
