SOLVED: Blank - Empty Map with Clean Joomla 1.7 Install

I have a fresh install of Joomla 1.7 and Phoca Maps 2.0.1 for Joomla 1.7

I have published my map, added a marker, created a menu link as only component is installed and the template loads but the map area is just gray. I have tried a few of the default templates and all provide the same results.

My development console shows the following error but I see no place to setup google in the component.

I have the same problem like you. Its strange but in local the map appears.

Maybe there is a quicky to solve

Same problem but with with .kml file. It seems map is cenetred in Lat 0° and Long. 0°. If I zoom out the map, I can see all my pointers, areas, etc, but map is wrong centered. My map works well with google maps and earth...

MAX: Your issues sounds different. Khann66 & I have no maps rendered. Just a blank box where the map is supposed to be.

The map is there, I disabled SEO to see if that would help, it did not.

I ended up doing a completely clean install of Joomla 1.7 and that fixed it and another problem I was having.
