User Deleting photos

Is there a way that a User only has the permissions to only delete their Photo's and not all Photo's?
If so I can't find it.

The permissions are bundled with categories, so if only one image will be in the category then yed, otherwise no...

No, because it will be more difficult as by categories (and categories user rights are very difficult)

May I say that if you set up your program to save the files that the members upload appended with their username, this would be possible.

As I said not so easy, because in this case, there will be the menu restrictiÄ‚Âon (public, registered, special), the categories restriction (public, registered, special), the categories user restriction (access, upload, delete, publish/unpublish) ... and now all these things for every image... and every rights and permissions must work together....
