Hi
got this 2 problems on my website http://themoellers.dk/index.php/phocamaptest
1) The maps appears blank in IE8. Is it a common problem? Safari works great!
2) How does the zoom function work in the "MAPS" (would guess it to be 1-100 but it is not..)
Cheers

Hi,
1) I think this is more a question on IE developers
2) and this more a question on Google Maps developers
The map is rendered by Google Maps, so maybe you will find some info about the zoom function

Re: ie8 on joomla 1.7 map is blank ...
Greetings again
1) really? But google-maps works fine in ie8 but not in the phoca component
2) I was not clear enough, sorry. In the phoca module, there is a setting called zoom in the "MAPS" component. What is settings description for this please? I can figure out how it works - it does not go from 1-100%.
Please help
Cheers

Hi,
1) so then you need to check your site settings and e.g. javascript loaded on your site - if there is no conflict, see this site in IE8:
https://www.phoca.cz/demo/phoca-maps-demo-component or
https://www.phoca.cz/joomlademo/phoca-maps
I see no problem there with IE8
