Phoca Hund : how to change the headerimg depending on pages?

Hi,

First of all : a very big THANK YOU for all the team for the job done !

... But I'm still having a problem with the template Phoca Hund

I try to change the hearder image (the dog in the top / right) depending on the section of my website (one for Health, one for the Breed, one for the Association... And so on)
but it failed...

I duplicated the template and associated the corresponding pages and modified the header img in the advanced parameters but nothing is changed on the website.
(for the moment in development mode here : http://dog-educ.com/spitzloup)

Is anybody can help me ?

Hi, what you mean: duplicated the template? Did you install it standard way in Joomla! Does your template include all the parameters?

I installed once the template.
I think all is ok with the installation but how to be sure ?..

I supposed that using this option :

I can customize the template, using a different picture on the right to associated pages ?

So I duplicated the template (using the duplicate option in the joomla template manager - "styles" tab), selected a different picture for different pages but... It's always the same picture that is displayed on the website.

I tried to modify the details of the template - principal page :

But no change on the website displayed.

Or maybe I didn't unsderstand the option ?

Hi, this is because Joomla! takes the parameters for the template, no for the style, so you allways get the same parameters for one template (I think, not 100%)

But how to mention it if it cannot be used ?

So I try now to create a new theme as the brown one but with a different picture.
and.. I think I'm in a good way to perform !.. ^_^

In fact : I can change the theme but only for the entire website
(It's the same with Phoca Color template.. Even if I make 2 styles based on the same template, the default one seems to be with a more priority)


(I know it is possible to do... I did it for another website (dog-educ.com) with another template...)

Hi, as written, no experiences there (with different themes for one template) + known Joomla! errors while loading template parameters, so I think I cannot give any specific advice there
