I've got the same problem: each infowindow opens without closing the previous window. See encl. screenshot. . Would love a fix for this.

I have the same problem:
When I click on a marker it open the info window without closing the previously opened window and then sometimes I can't read the contents of the window.

Hi, in such case you need to customize the code to hide the info window in case other is opened.

Re: Info window diplaying one above another
Jan, thx for the response. I appreciate it's not really your problem that we want the application to do something that it's not built to do. A quick glance at the documentation for the Google API shows that it can be done (something about sing a single marker infowindow and then using the onclick event to change the content), but I for one would not pretend to know enough about API coding to give it a try -- that's why I rely on amazing applications like yours...
For a next version of phoca maps it would be great if there was a toggle switch that could be set for each map indicating whether the user wants other windows to close on a new infowindow open event. That way, we'd have the best of both worlds.

Jan, thank You for the answer.
I wonder if there is a quickiest way to solve our problem. Maybe to add some short code to close previous info window when new is open. I'm not good in that, can You help us.

Hi, for now I didn't do such modification, so cannot give any advice, yes, there should be some javascript code, which will recognize other window is opened and will close it, but for now I don't know it
