Hi, i would like to thank you to Phoca Family, templates, modules and plug ins are very helpfull if you are beginner just like me...
My problem is, i built my web site with Phoca Color template but on all my pages on the top of article says " information ", i couldn't disable that could any one tell me to how to disable that... thanks...

I had the very same problem - an "OBS" at the top of all pages. (Swedish shorthand for "observe".) After installing the new versions of the templates (Phoca_t and Phoca_t_orange) it disappeared.
I was sure I had written something somewhere to make me react because I run one hot site, a "soon" site and a test site that looks more or less identical. But when this persisted only for the sites I upgraded from Joomla 1.6 to 1.7 I decided just to make the upgrades instead of researching the problem.
Nice to know I wasn't alone - that means I am not going alzheimers...
