How to change the category icon size?

The medium size is 100 x 100, so if you use e.g. medium image for categories, you will have the images max: 100 x 100 ... if you create a e.g. 640 x 480 image, you cannot get e.g. 100x100, if you create e.g. image 600 x 600, then you get 100x100... Phoca Gallery doesn't deform images ... so if the image is not e.g. 500x500, you don't get 50x50 for small thumbnails but 50 x 31, the rate will be not changed...
