Missing Buttons

Hi

I installed the latest version of the VM addon and made the changes required to the files where required. When I go to the delivery tab I have no buttons. I was using a previous version so when I installed the latest version I did not run the Sql query. The image delivery01 was for a previous order and although the icons show and it the pdf can be created, the buttons above are missing. On delivery02 I have a red button and no option to create a delivery note.

I am using Joomla 1.5.23 and Virtuemart 1.1.9

I followed the instructions to the letter. I've had previous versions working before.

This is now solved. I re-installed the VM Install component and re ran it. All now seems to be working correctly.
