Hi, you should find it in config tables for Joom!fish:

There are:

config - header data
item - item of restaurant menu
group - group for items
list - list for groups
days are not translated by joom!fish - they are stored as date and translated in the output
email - email strings translated

Thanks Jan,
I couldn't see them all the config section and I didn't know that they don't appear in Joomfish until they have some content, Doh!!
I am also trying to translate the dropdown lists in Joomfish so my client can find them easier when he has to translate.
Like bill of Fare, Wine list etc. I have gone through a lot of language files but I can't find them.
Could you please point me in the right direction?
Many thanks
