strange issue with template

OK,

it seems I have another problem. When I try to open a thumbnail the window opens but there is no image and no controls.

Hi, if you click on some link of your site, you get:
<link href="/templates/redevo_aphelion/css/alarge.css"
rel="alternate stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" title="alarge"/>

If you click on Phoca Gallery link (categories), you get:
<link href="/templates/redevo_aphelion/css/alarge.css"
rel="alternate stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" title="alarge"/>

If you click on Phoca Gallery link (selected category), you get:
<link href="/fotografia/templates/redevo_aphelion/css/alarge.css" rel="alternate stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" title="alarge"/>

Try to disable SEF because it has still problems in Joomla framework
or
see your PHP version, some old PHP versions have problems with URLs in Joomla
