PDF output is not generating

I have installed Phoca pdf and Joomla 1.7.3

After configuration the output is html with .pdf extension.. am i missing something or it does not work on 1.7.3

Yes I have installed it correctly.. I uninstalled and installed it again. I have done custom install.. copied over the files made the changes to the default.php in templates overrides file. But it does not create the pdf... is there any server setting to generate PDF file?

Hi, no specific server settings, try to enable/disable SEF, etc, test if PDF content plugin is enabled, etc.

I noticed this problem after updating to Joomla 1.7.3 and initially thought the Joomla update overwrote some of the files that PhocaPDF overwrites in the Joomla core. Not so. It seems that when I had the Site Configuration setting for "Adds Suffix to URL" set to yes, PhocaPDF did not work; however, I did not change that setting when I update to 1.7.3; so, perhaps something in PhocaPDF is not compatible with that setting.
