GroundOverlay Not Showing

I am trying to do a ground overlay in Phoca Maps. Joomla 1.7.2 and PhocaMaps 2.0.0. I successfully used a marker klm so I know the script if firing but when I point to my GroundOverlay klm, nothing shows. The phocaGeoXml parser shows in the html but nothing shows. I've also tried different paths for the .png I'm using for the Icon tag. You can view the site at http://dda.gmstrategic.com/visit/hotels.

Hi, is your kml ready for Google Maps API 3?
