Phoca Download & Phoca gallery User upload problem

HI, on the site I'm just finishing, I'm using:
-Phoca Download
-Phoca Gallery
-Phoca_T template.
(Yes, I'm a Phoca fan) .

When I try to upload image by the frontend, (as registered user), Firebug claims about the following error:

localstorage is not defined - this.options.display = localstorage[this.storageName];

The error is located @ line 50 of tabs.js.
This stop loading the rest of the web page and the other scripts doesn't work at all.
The upload page is generated without tabs and looks not too good.
The same happens with phoca gallery if I try to upload photo by the front end.

I don't know anything about javascrits, someone can help me?

Hi to all and sorry for probable activity someone could be spent.
The problem was caused, probably, by MENUMATIC module that must not load MooTools without generating problems with Phoca Download and Phoca Gallery.
