No categories visible after migration
Hi - I have migrated my Joomla 1.5.23 installation to Joomla 1.7.2. Everything seemed to go well and I followed the instructions for migrating to the latest version of PHOCA Download but I don't seem to see any categories listed in the administrative backend. If I want to create a new category I do see them all listed under the "parent category" dropdown. The only problem during migration I had was with the UPDATE set language queries that it recommended be run - I got an sql error on those but I don't think language parms are causing this. All I want to do is to create some parent categories (which would represent my old "Sections" in the previous version and then assign the old categories to them. This has been driving me nuts for days now. Thanks for any help.

Re: No categories visible after migration
I bit the bullet and just reinstalled (fresh install) but I still seem to have the same problem. When I create a new category it is not displayed in the categories list in the backend. Heeeeeeeeelp!

I'm kicking myself - it was a major doh moment. I hadn't used the file filters to display the categories. They are all there.
