Guest can't get routes

In my site I'd like to let guests (not registered users) to use the "get route from" feature but it looks impossible, it allways ask me to login or register and I can't figure out why is that necessary . I use the map plugin in an article that is public and the plugin is also public as access rights.
Could you please advise me on how to make it really public?

Hi, really no idea what limit you get on your site, try to check if articles or its plugins do not have some limiation - Phoca Maps Plugin nor Phoca Maps component does not have such limiation
