Please help, I upgraded to the new version 2.1.4 donwload Phoca and I lost all the categories and files. Someone knows how to retrieve them. thanks

Hi, did you do an upgrade or install - if you have clicked on Install (as written in the guide above buttons), all data will be lost as new installation will be done - then you need to load your data from your backup.
