Hello,
I'm having some difficulties allowing guests access to one of my galleries. My "Test" gallery will not allow any users to view the contents of the gallery, IF I use the phoca_gallery_tree module links. However, if I use that menu to access my "kevin" gallery, there's no problem. I've checked the backend and both have the exact same permissions. I can access both galleries from "view all categories menu/page".
Do you know why this would occur?
I'm using Phoca Gallery 1.8.7 w/ Joomla! 1.5.3 and my test site is: http://test.valhallacomics.com
Thanks very much for your help!

Re: Private Area of site error
Did you created a specifed menu link to test category? Does this link still exist? Does it have some permissions?
(Because Plugins and Modules doesn't have own Itemid, so they take them from component, from specifed menu link or from link to categories)

Ahhh, good point. For testing purposes, I did create a link to that specific category. I'll check if that has anything to do with it.Jan wrote:Did you created a specifed menu link to test category? Does this link still exist? Does it have some permissions?

Thanks for the quick response. =]
*EDIT* Just checked that out and the link was set to "Registered" access. Changed it to public and I'm no longer having issues with it. haha Thanks so much. =]
