Showing image name/description under switch image

Post by davesage »

Hi,

I've been playing around with your very cool components and plugins but just have one question. I can't find any settings or manual switches to enable the showing of the image name and/or description below the large switch image.

I can show and hide this on the smaller images under the switch but I'd really like to show the info under the switch image for the one that is showing, is this possible?

This would mean that people could hover over the thumbnail and see the name and description of it under the main switch image without having to click to open the detail view from the thumbnail.

Hope this makes sense and there is a way of doing this,

Cheers,

Dave

Hi, for now there is no such option, this needs to be customized :-( - to add some javascript which will display the description below the image - the javascript should be implemented to the change image function.

Hello,

It should be very nice from the dev team to think about it :)

Especially because of another problem: if the title is longer than the picture, the wrapped text is hidden under the picture :(

So what is the solution for showing pictures of paintings with needed description (size, technique,...)?

Thanks in advance for any advice!
