Phocadownload Button plugin not showing files in articles

I'm running Joomla 1.7 and I downloaded and installed Phoca Download Component v. 2.1.4, Phoca Download Plugin v. 2.1.4 and Phoca Download Button Plugin v. 2.1.4. all enabled.

I set up a category and uploaded 2 files attaching to this category. Using the Phoca button below the article JCE editor I added category, file, file list in a joomla article. No errors anywhere in this whole process. But the files and categories are not showing the file but just a blank page.

Below are the list of codes to open a file, category, file list, file preview, but nothing is showing when clicked from the article page.

Also I want to know whether instead of file preview can I create a link to a file from the file image thumbnail?

Please make sure you have installed and enabled the Phoca Download Plugin. Also you could use the forum search as there are many topics about this (see also Phoca Download forum).
