Hi Guys
I am using 2.5 version of Joomla
I install the plugin and it says that it has installed properly.
Then when i go to enable the plugin i get this error:
Warning: require_once(/websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/ic/cb/ir/iccbirmingham.org.uk/public_html/home/components/com_phocadownload/helpers/route.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/ic/cb/ir/iccbirmingham.org.uk/public_html/home/plugins/content/phocadownload/phocadownload.php on line 16

Then i can't get onto the front end of my site until i uninstall the plugin.
Please help. I suspect it is a PHP error but have no idea.

Re: Install error
Hi,
I install the Phoca Download component (used this link https://www.phoca.cz/download/category/4 ... -component), it says that it has installed successfully but then when i go to publish the component it then crashes the frontend of my site to show the above error.
Although it says that the component has installed properly i can't see it listed in the components tab.
Any ideas?

Re: Install error
In your first post you are wrote something about enabling the plugin, that's why I ask!
But nevertheless can you access the component in the backend? Do you have tried to reinstall the component?

Yes i can install the plugin successfully but then i can't see it in the components menu.
I have tried to re install the plugin about 3 times now with no success at all. Is it worth me FTP install to see if that makes a difference?

Re: Install error
What exactly do you want to install? There are two plugins related to Phoca Download and some modules and of course the component itself (which is essential for all the plugins and modules!). If you want to install the component, please keep in mind that the installation has two parts. When Joomla shows the success message there are two buttons "Install" and "Update". You have to click on the Install button too.

Re: Install error
I want to install the actual component. I go to the extension manager, choose the package and then click install. The screen then reloads and says that the component has been installed properly and that i need to publish it. When i check in the components menu i can't see Phoca Download there.

Re: Install error
Hi, which extension did you install, there is no guide to publish component? Did you really install the component?
If you find Phoca extensions useful, please support the project
