Display Access Level Required

1. Is there an option to display the access level required for a file, folder, category?

2. In addition, as well as the "New" and "Hot" icons, could there be a feature where you select an icon for a specific ACL i.e. "Everybody", "Full Members", "Committee Members"

May be given access by a user uploaded files in phocadownload (I'm arriving by folder but not file) version of v1.3.9.zip or should I pass on the higher version. ?
How to venture past the passage, for example a version 2.1.5 of the component if necessary, the structure database is to you the same? because I use this database current (about 1500 documents) to do research in plain text document ....
