Update Failure

I am attempting to update to the latest version from version 2.1. When I upload and install the component, I get to the install or update buttons. When I select update, I get a blank page. After that, when trying to open the component from joomla backend I get a blank page as well.

I have tried the instructions available here https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -in-joomla and searched your forum for a solution.

What could be causing this?

Other than this glitch, phocadownload has been great. Thank you for the great component!

Thank you for your reply. I had a metric asston of issues that I discovered after my post. Once I corrected those issues, your plugins worked fine.
