File view is not visible

I have some problems with file view. In localhost all is ok, but in remote server when click to filename it opens the empty page. In options fileview is set to YES. When I edit the default.php at directory /components/com_phocadownloads/view/file/tmpl in the site it doesn't show any changes, but in localhost does. All files the same. What can be the reason for it?
In addition in the Admin Panel it doesn't show Phoca Down menu item in the Components menu.

Try to reinstall Phoca Download! Or do you have updated your site?
