Code instead of link

plg_content_phocadownload.zip 2.1.6
plg_editors_xtd_phocadownload.zip 2.1.4
All activated.
In article after using butoon Phoca Download File just the code appears.

What is wrong ?

Hi, code is displayed only in case, plugin is not installed or not published

Check you cache settings too.

We did install and publish
com_phocadownload.zip 2.1.6
plg_content_phocadownload.zip 2.1.6
plg_editors_xtd_phocadownload.zip 2.1.4

Also cleaned the cache.
We use Virtuemart 2.0.2
Still do we see only the code in the article-text.

Do not know anymore where to look for solving this problem.
Any suggestions ?

In article after using butoon Phoca Download File (also if I write code myself) just the code appears:

I was googling and foud this:
If you are using SEF, be sure, you have created menu link to Phoca Download so the article links can get Itemid from this menu link.
What does it mean???

Menu link works just fine on the same joomla.

I found out what is SEF, I turned it OFF, but there is still code in the article.

SEF is not your problem, you need to install and enable Phoca Download Plugin.
