Problem with ToolBAR Help button

I have noticed that you have a small problem with the Help Icon not displaying the correct screen in the pop up window when clicked in the Administration displays. i.e. Cpanel, statistics etc.

The problem is caused because the 'help/en-gb' directory is in lower case. It should be 'help/en-GB'.
Once the directory is renamed the help button works as you intended.

A minor problem but worth fixing. I do not use any of your other components so they may also exhibit the same problem.
