How to assign user to file automatically?

Hi, I'd like upload on my site many file, it is very easy with "multiple uploads" of phoca download.
But for each file I'd like to have personal permission to specific user.
At moment I use this procedure:

• rename every file with name of single user on my pc (Donald_Duck_info_12345-001.pdf).
  I create one category for each user (Donald_Duck) and one generic category (ADMIN_category)
  For each category I have permission for each user
  Upload all file in backend with multiple upload file.
  Assign all file a generic category (ADMIN_category)
  In file view switch all file from public to registered
  In file view I use "Batch process the selected files" to assign every select file to single category (Donald_Duck)

Usually I upload more then 400 file for 200 user every month, it's very hard to assign manual permission.
Is there any fast procedure?
