Images not rendering

I can't figure out why images won't render when I add them to the markers. The image will render when I add it to the map I created, but not in each individual marker. I tried both jpg and png and neither one appears on the front end. I've looked on the forum and tried to read everything related to no avail. What am I missing?

Love everything about this extension, just need to figure this out.

Hi, can I see the site where this occurs, maybe the editor somehow changes the paths
