How to resize thumbnails?!

Hi to all.
I now that i'm a newbie, but i can't change the size of thumbnails. :x :x I need a very small thumbnails but i dont' undestand where i must set is!Ant another thing, where i can set the default Display Num ?

Remove the folder thumbs at your server, so Phoca can recreate the thumbs at your new size. (You could do this also via the backend, but only per image)

Number of displayed images on 1 page (List length):
This is a standard Joomla feature. Go to your global Joomla settings and change the list length

Hi,
thanks for your reply. I set a new size and the thumbnails is than smaller but the theme is the same size, so i have a small thumbnails in a big theme.
Where i mistake?

In the link I gave it says this in the text:
If you want to display them in this size in front, you need to change the parameters in Parameters Component too (Parameters Component set the values for specifed Menu link).
